Carlos started in the insurance industry right after getting his business degree at the University of Central Florida. He started off in sales in 1986 with Prudential Insurance where he obtained all of his insurance licenses.
He also has gained valuable experience working on the automobile claims side of the business, where he has earned numerous I-CAR certifications related to the proper way to repair vehicles. He also enjoys flying, currently holding a commercial pilot's license along with being a CFI (certified flight instructor).
