Castaner Insurance Agency opened their doors on April 1st, 1991. Carlos and Julie Castaner have been the owner operators for 20 years. Handling mostly personal lines of insurance, we have helped over 2000 families in the greater Orlando area with their insurance needs and continue to do so. Customer service is a large part of our success, as we are committed to helping the customer with their insurance needs.

Carlos Castaner has had his insurance licenses since 1987 and is well experienced in the claims field. He has a vast knowledge of the insurance industry as a whole. He has helped clients with their home and auto insurance needs, answered their questions and concerns, and provides the appropriate coverage to protect their property. Carlos is a pilot and has a certified flight instructor certificate, enjoys fishing, and kayaking in the North Georgia mountains.

Julie Castaner has been an insurance agent since 1983. She has operated the insurance agency with the help of her staff. Life insurance is where her heart is, knowing that it can mean the difference in a family’s life if they have it. She has helped hundreds of families over the past 20 years with their life insurance needs. Homeowner and auto insurance is another of her strong suits. Julie sings with the Aloma Praise team and choir at Aloma Church. She also loves to travel to North Georgia to see her parents when she can.

We have a customer service rep by the name of Isa Arce who has been with us for 15 years. Isa is a huge part of our agency and helps the clients every day. Her experience and desire to assist people in determining their insurance needs is a direct result of our agency’s philosophy.
